As per the request of one of my readers, I am going to share with you a practice that I have been doing for 1.5 years. I will share with you how I came to know about it, exactly what I do and the results I have experienced from it thus far.
It is most commonly know as the female “Deer Practice”. It is a Taoist Qi Gong practice for women’s vitality, sexual health and pleasure.
How I came to know about it…
Approximately 2 years ago I met my partner (at the time) who introduced me to a male Taoist sexual practice commonly known as sexual Kung-Fu for men. In short, it is the art of non-ejaculation. I was AMAZED and totally AWE inspired by this practice. I had never before heard of a male who actually consciously chose NOT to ejaculate!
I learned that he practiced this for VERY specific reasons. In short, a male loses vital life force energy through his semen, so when a male re-directs his sexual energy back up into his own body during a sexual experience, he is energizing his entire body instead of becoming drained and life-less. Not only is this practice extremely healthy, revitalizing and pleasurable for him, but it is also very exciting for me because I get to orgasm as many times as I want and play for as long as I want without him rolling over and falling asleep, as most males do after ejaculating, leaving me all hot and bothered.
And then…
Okay, so after being totally inspired and intrigued to the EXTREME by all of this, a very interesting person came into my life for a short period of time who told me that there was a female version of this practice. This connection was quite fascinating in itself, because I truly believe that the only purpose for our meeting was so that this information could be passed on to me.
Of course the female version is called the “Deer Practice” as I have mentioned above. It is said that a women loses her vital life force energy through her menstrual blood. If practiced correctly and with devotion, a woman can regulate or even actually cease her cycle at will, if she so chooses to. Reversing the flow of energy and drawing the blood back up into her body will revitalize and energize her, much the same as the male practice.
I knew this practice was exactly what my spirit ordered. So I began the “Deer” exercises immediately, and have been doing them consistently ever since.
There seems to be different variations of them… however, I will share with you what I do, and what it has done for me.
What I do…
First I sit in an upright position, my heel is against the opening of my vagina, with a gentle pressure on my clitoris.
I remove any restricting clothing or jewelry, I warm my hands by rubbing them vigorously together. I place them over my breasts with my fingers parted being sure not to touch my nipples.
I gently rub in upward and outward circles. My hands travel together up the inside of my breasts toward the face, then outwards, downwards, inwards, and upwards again. Then I repeat this in the reverse motion.
I enjoy the sensations and connect with the warm pleasurable feelings. (it is important to increase the connections between the nerves and endocrine glands in the breasts and the center of the brain and the pineal and pituitary glands in your head).
During each rotation, I simultaneously do a “kegal” which is a contraction of the vaginal muscles. During this contraction, I keep the anal sphincter and stomach muscles relaxed while squeezing and lifting only the vaginal muscles. (You can learn to isolate the muscles by feeling them contract against the pads of your fingers).
I enjoy the connection between the tingle in the pelvic floor, the tingle in my spine, the tingle in my breasts and the tingle in my third eye. (If it’s hard for you to locate the muscles to contract and lift, just think of the muscles you use to stop urination in mid-stream, and contract! Feel the gentle “tug” on your clitoris.)
I have been playing around with the number of times I do the rotations and have recently been comfortable with 3 sets (1 set being circling in one direction, and then the other) of 18 rotations.
I do this 1 or 2x’s/day.
What it’s done…
Since practicing this I have experienced increased firmness and suppleness in my breasts.
Increased sensitivity in my nipples (very pleasurable) I have developed strong vaginal muscles, which makes sex extremely pleasurable for both myself and my partner, spreading energy through my body has increased my clitoral, vaginal and whole-body orgasm experiences.
It has eliminated ALL PMS symptoms and breast soreness. I have experienced much shorter bleeding times, however my periods have not completely ceased yet.
I want to say that doing this practice is so simple, it only takes a few minutes a day. It has great benefits and is very pleasurable.
I highly recommend that women DO THIS PRACTICE instead of taking drugs and prescribed pharmaceuticals by the medical industry to help regulate feminine sexual health issues.
There IS an alternative to drugs or unnecessary operations that puts the power back INTO YOU… LITERALLY!
Please read an excerpt taken from an online article on the effects of the Female “Deer Practice” by Tao Semko
~ The breast massage stage of the deer exercise stimulates the nerves of the nipples and breasts. This in turn increases circulation, releases the hormones Oxycontin, DHEA, and more, and increases neural development and blood and lymphatic circulation. It can increase both fullness and buoyancy of the bust by strengthening suspensory ligaments and muscles while increasing blood and lymphatic movement in the breasts…
The pelvic exercise tones strengthens the vaginal muscles and the ligaments supporting the ovaries and fallopian tubes, increases fertility, and and increases pelvic blood flow and relaxed sensitivity.
Together, the two phases of the female deer exercise spread sexual pleasure and energy throughout the body, increasing the potential for clitoral, vaginal, and whole-body orgasm. By regulating female hormones and increasing blood flow, they also help to prevent or cure PMS, irregular menstruation, anemia, sterility, ovarian cysts, vaginal discharge, fibroids, incontinence, and more. ~
