You’ll be amazed at the multitude of positions and poses you can get into with a chair that help define your body, and really show off your curves!
It also adds that extra spice to your dance. There is simply more for the “spectator” to appreciate! And more for you, the dancer, to get creative with!
While creating GORGEOUS visuals, it also helps develop core muscle strength!

Definitely wear something you can move around freely and easily in so that movements aren’t restricted.
I want you to feel comfortable, so choose attire that YOU feel good about yourself in.
This can be anything from cute yoga pants and a t-shirt… to a hot pair of panties and a bra!
I like putting together a mishmash of materials and clothing that feel good and sexy for me.
For example: My favorite fitting top, with a pair of hot pants, long knee high socks, high heel boots and a silk scarf around my neck… VOILA!
Anything goes!
The ONLY thing that I will ask people NOT to come in, are their birthday suits!
There is no nudity in these classes. (That’s for your private performances with your lucky love… or yourself!)
Also, heels are optional… again, make sure that the heels you 
choose allow you to move and dance with ease. I like wearing long boots with a good sturdy heel, I find it gives me more support as opposed to a skinny “shoe” type heel. But having said that, there are some “shoe” type heels that are perfect for dancing in. You be the judge!
You can also dance in your bare, or socked feet. This is entirely up to you!

What is Organic sex? It is the purest, most innocent expression of the sexual act. It is RAW, uninterrupted sexual desire allowed to flow and move naturally WITH-OUT control, judgments or suppression.
For one to experience “Organic Sex”, one must choose not to engage in thoughts, actions and/or subtle energies that create negative feelings in the mind/body/soul.
This includes; Certain music, Visuals (paintings/art), People, Sounds, Smells, Foods, Fabrics etc
Be very selective as to what you expose yourself to. There are a plethora of energies, influences and vibrations inherent on this planet that have a multitude of varying effects on us as sensitive human beings.
Some of them can be very “tricky” and may pull you in or tempt you through the senses. However, DO NOT BE FOOLED! Check in with yourself, and see how it is actually effecting you. Do you feel drained after the exposure? Do you feel left wanting more (needy)? Do you feel anxious? Hatred? Pain? Fear?
Any of these negative emotions are a clear indicator that whatever or whoever, you have just engaged with is NOT going to help you get into that beautiful open space where you can enjoy the glorious ecstatic, orgasmic pleasure of “Organic Sex”!
Of course, there are times when these emotions/feelings are necessary to feel in order to grow. However, if certain experiences just continue to cause a person grief and is not providing any real opportunity for growth… it’s time to let it go.
The more you surround yourself with energies that are in support of your highest good, the more you will be able to relax and let divine energy flow through you.
It is the HEART/GENITAL connection you want to achieve here. So what makes both your heart and genitals SING with sweetness… is what will bring you to unbridled sexual delight!
This is a small example of how we can begin to move out of 3rd Dimensional consciousness into 5th Dimensional consciousness.
Making conscious choices in every movement brings GREAT rewards.
