We are told that we “cannot regain that power”, we are “controlled”. We are kept “the victim” by unconscious, UN-evolved forces. Unfortunately most of society is fueled/fooled by these governing forces.

Remain POWERFUL, and in JOY!

It was never really lost in the first place, it just got “distributed” differently.

Depletion of power usually comes from sexual, physical, emotional abuse in it’s different forms.

We only “feel” as though we have no power, because we “think” gave it away in the first place. And so we “feed” the parasite. We continue to give it away by not realizing/stepping into our own power. WE ALL HAVE POWER.

We are a MIGHTY FORCE!

Many people choose dramatic movement to realize their power because it gets them out of there heads, and in-to-their-bodies.

Sensual Dance classes encourage you to FEEL with your body, tapping into that pool of POWER!

You choose what you want to do with your power. You and you only!

You can use it for constructive purposes, or you can use it for destructive purposes.

Feeling sorry for ones self and hiding your Elegance, Power, Beauty and Strength is using your power destructively.

Recognizing your beauty (inner & outer) and the beauty of others is using your power constructively.

~Here’s what it means to me~ I strip it right down to the very core of the sexual experience. Sexual Liberation is REALLY primal! It is VERY first chakra based! When a person is able to deeply connect with their own sex center without pain, fear, shame or restriction… they harness the power to direct that energy through-out the body with ease creating balance and well being.

*note “Sexual Liberation” is not acting, or looking a certain way on the outside. Sexual liberation shines from within. The outer appearance is merely a reflection of inner being.

Once you have mastered Mooladhara (first chakra) you can move into the heart and progress on your path, deepening your understanding, intimacy and joy!

The next step will be to move that energy into the heart. The genital/heart connection is powerful, and is what will bring beauty and love into the world.

The root is earth, it is grounding, primal and RAW. When we allow that energy to be fully present within us, we then have the power to move it into action from the heart (air element).

When we operate from the heart, all of our choices are perfect.

So what’s the secret to enhancing your already super HOT sex?

The answer: DEEPER RELAXATION!

The MORE relaxed you are able to get, the deeper into ecstasy you can go…

The tendency for most people during a sexual experience is to tense up and hold on to that tension… kind of like taking a breath in and holding onto it.

Balance out your tension with DEEP relaxation. Allow your body to completely let go, relax, loosen your muscles, BREATHE… be like a rag doll.

Ultimately, you want to get a good mix of tension and relaxation.

Remember to breathe and ride the waves.

Here’s a little practice that you can do before a sexual experience to get your body used to this tension/relaxation dance.

Stand up straight… take a deep breath in through your nose and at the same time tense each part of your entire body one by one in an upward wave starting with your toes, calves, thighs, butt, abdomen, back, chest, shoulders, arms, hands, neck, face and head… and stretch your arms up to the sky… remain in this tense state while holding your breath for a few seconds.

Then release the tension in your body in the reverse order, starting from your head, face, neck, hands, arms, shoulders, chest, back, abdomen, butt, thighs, calves and toes… bring your arms down… and at the same time exhale, exhausting all the air from your lungs. Let all of the tension drain out of you and be with that relaxed state. Repeat a few times.

Take this concept of tension and relaxation into the bedroom and you’ll soon be screaming in sexual delight!

All it takes is a little conscious effort and intent!

Here are three simple tips to keep in mind if you’re planning to perform a lap dance. If your interest is peeked and you want to learn more tips AND a lap dance routine, register for Lap Dance 101, with Crystal!

1. Get Randy

There is nothing sexier than a woman who is IN TO IT. When you dance for your lover, it’s not all about them… as the performer you get to enjoy the experience of moving your body, teasing, and being in control. Let the dynamics arouse you. Think of the lap dance as a form of love making and feel the sexual tension. It helps to choose a song that makes you crazy!

2. Express It

Tease your lover by showing them just how randy you are. No matter what the choreography is in a lap dance, you can always find moments to make sultry eye contact, breathe heavily, and constantly touch yourself. Your facial expression is pivotal in expressing your enjoyment, and the dance will go from smoldering to blazing if you play up the sexy eye contact.

3. Remember: You Are A Gift

When you decide to perform a lap dance for someone, you better believe that person is going to be grateful. The truth is, they will appreciate everything you do. You really can’t go wrong. You are beautiful, sexy, and brave, and your lover knows it. You’re both in for a treat!

Crystal Peel – Sensual Dance Artist/Instructor

Crystal has been dancing since she was six years old in a variety of styles, but focused primarily on ballet. She received her pole dance certification through Live Once, the only pole dance certification program accredited by CanFitPro. She also recently received her certification in sensual dance from Sensual Dance ARTistry.
Crystal is also a certified Yoga instructor. She received her certification from the Institute of Classical Yoga and Therapy, a program approved by Yoga Alliance.
In addition, Crystal is a certified Pilates instructor. She received her training from PhysicalMind Institute, which includes both classical Pilates as well as Pilates fundamentals and standing Pilates.
Crystal considers the fusion of dance, Yoga, and Pilates to be the ultimate path to health, creative expression, and empowerment. She loves to share her passion for these three disciplines with her students. She has been teaching for four years.

This is the ultimate state of being. Loving and appreciating all. Not judging or saying anything is better or worse.

This concept goes for everything. I was walking through the mall the other day, and found it quite interesting how in ALL of the ads around me I was seeing perfectly smooth females, almost plastic. One ad even said something like “shave it all away”

Everything felt very surreal in that moment as I contemplated this.

I love shaving my legs, and other parts of my body. But I also really enjoy them in their natural state. I love my hair, and I appreciate having both experiences. Shaved and unshaved.

I don’t think there is anything wrong with liking the smooth, sleek experience. As I don’t think there is anything wrong with having the earth mother unshaven experience.

I think the problems start when a person judges one over the other. If I were to say, “I will ALWAYS shave my legs, armpits, and yoni because having hair there is gross, bad and disgusting.” Then I would be falling into ignorant thinking and false programming that only keeps me trapped in stuck consciousness.

The same is true for the unshaved state. If I were to say” I will NEVER shave my legs, armpits, and yoni” because being shaved is plastic, buying into mainstream media and weak. Then I am also judging, which keeps me equally trapped and stuck.

Why not enjoy BOTH states. Equally. We can truly have it all. My wish is for the world to realize and FULLY embrace this!
